Arcadia Mid-Century Ranch Rising from the Ashes

After suffering tremendous loss of a loved one and her entire home and its contents to a fire, this brave homeowner made the choice to rebuild. It has been a privilege to advocate for her as we fight to ensure her home reflects its original glory and authenticity to mirror the charm and architectural style of her original home.

Working along side home insurance companies when a home has been completely destroyed requires patience and perseverance to ensure that the rebuilt home is of the same or better quality.  Our company prides itself in advocating for our clients to ensure they are being treated fairly.  Although a few floorplan changes were required, the home design follows the original floorplan.  Materials are being carefully selected to ensure the home is respectful of its historical roots and so that the homeowner will feel that her new home is as close in feeling and comfort as her original.  This home construction is moving along quicky with estimated completion by the fall.
