Rockin’ Sound Studio-Under Construction
This sound studio is every musician’s dream. Ground has broken on this 3500 square foot Desert Contemporary sound studio and entertaining pavilion. This building is perched on a small hilltop and will be accessed from the main home via a new bridge crossing over an active arroyo. The design compliments the existing home and incorporates large expansive stone wall segments, a full length balcony over the edge of the arroyo, and a soundproof enclosure for the sound studio and stage.
